Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP), is a non-surgical method of skin rejuvenation that uses your own blood to improve the appearance of facial tissue. A small amount of your blood is drawn and is then placed in a centrifuge and spun to separate the platelets and plasma from the blood. The platelets contain several growth factors that can help stimulate cell growth, collagen, and tissue regeneration. PRP is used in conjunction with procedures such as Microneedling and Ablative CO2 Resurfacing.
